Mushroom are full of antioxidant nutrients.
Antioxidant means selenium. Mushroom protect our body cells. It makes our immune system strong.
Ginger-Garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Red chilli paste-1tbsp
Garam masala-3 tbsp
Turmeric powder-as needed
Salt- as per taste
METHOD TO PREPARE
Take a pan and put oil in it
When oil is heat then put mushrooms and roast it until it’s colour turns into golden brown colour.
Take another pan and put on in it
Add onion in it and roast.
Add red chilli and ginger garlic paste and roast.
Add garam masala, turmeric powder and salt.
In last put mushrooms and water in pan and cook it 15 minutes.
Your Ddelicious and spicy mushroom is ready.
