INDIAN VEGETABLE RICE

Vegetable is full of protein and carbohydrate and nutrient. Rice is full of starch and carbohydrate. Vegetable rice is a Indian food it is easy to cook and its taste is very nice.

Ingredients

Oil- 2tbsp
Onion- 1(large sized)
Baby corn- 1 cup
Vegetable stock- 1 cup
Carrots- 2(medium sized)
Cauliflower- 3 cup
Vegetable stock- 1 cup
Basmati rice- 2 cup
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Curry powder- 1 tsp
Red and yellow pepper – 1 medium sized
Tomato puree- 1 tsp

 

Method to prepare

• Cut the vegetables
• Take pan and drop oil in it
• Add onion for 1 min
• Add remaining vegetables and cook until the vegetable get soften
• Add rice, cumin powder, curry powder, tomato puree and stock
• Wait until it boil
• Reduce heat and cover the pan
• Simmer for about 15 minutes

Wait until the rice is cooked and the water is observed in it

Your INDIAN rice is ready to serve and eat.
